Job Title: Client Relationship Liaison
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Liaison.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and building long-lasting relationships.
- To act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- To receive and redirect fault reports from clients via various channels, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- To accurately log and update fault reports in our maintenance system, ensuring data integrity and visibility.
- To work closely with maintenance contractors to ensure prompt and efficient repair or servicing of outstanding faults and service requests.
- To process and follow up on events and logistics requests, guaranteeing timely completion and client satisfaction.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service, facility management, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- A team player with a flexible approach, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Product knowledge and sales effectiveness
