Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to support our team of experienced teachers in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for young children. As an integral part of our preschool community, you will play a key role in shaping the minds of tomorrow's leaders.


Job Description:
  • Support main classroom teachers in implementing daily programs to facilitate learning and development of children.
  • Care for children's daily needs, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Prepare materials such as teaching resources and children's progress reports.
  • Participate in parents' and community engagement activities, fostering strong relationships and promoting a sense of belonging.
  • Assist the principal with administrative tasks, maintaining a smooth day-to-day operation.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Secondary 4 education with at least one year of experience working in a preschool or childcare setting.
  • Possession of Early Childhood qualification is highly desirable (e.g., Fundamentals certificate).
  • Demonstrated pleasant disposition, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
