Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technical writer to join our team. As a technical writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality documentation and content to drive seamless adoption of our technology stack.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or engineering and excellent writing and communication skills. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop documentation that meets organizational needs and standards.

Your responsibilities will include developing documentation such as product guides, demos, tutorials, code starter kits, design specifications, and technical blogs. You will also be responsible for digesting and summarizing complex technical concepts into different readable and understandable forms for various target audiences in a reusable way.

In addition, you will support building and driving content strategy across our technology stack and lead pilots to evaluate content formats, types, and medium to build content cadence recommendations for product managers.

You will work as part of a team with members from different disciplines, including designers, programmers, and product managers. You will be open to receiving feedback and agile in incorporating them. You will also lead and deliver content consistency and timely content refresh.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or other related disciplines.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; with a keen eye for detail.
  • Min 4 years of relevant experience (in IT industry).
