Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator Specialist to create high-quality documentation and content to drive seamless adoption of our products.

  • Develop detailed documentation including product guides, demos, tutorials, code starter kits, design specifications, and technical blogs that meet organisational needs and standards.
  • Digest and summarise complex technical concepts into easily understandable conceptual, how-to, and reference guides without losing accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive content strategy to improve product onboarding and adoption.
  • Lead pilots to evaluate content formats, types, and mediums to build content cadence recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and agile in incorporating them.
  • Lead and deliver content consistency and timely content refresh.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring in best practices from leading tech players.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in writing for a developer and technical audience.
  • Experience in documenting cloud-based products or familiarity with cloud technologies and concepts.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with a well-known style guide.
