Job Title: Garment Artisan

Job Description:

  • Perform repair and creation of garments for employees.
  • Maintain uniform standards through thorough inspection and timely maintenance.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Mending and sewing works on employee uniforms.
  • Alterations to uniforms when necessary.
  • Inspecting uniforms for quality and condition.
  • Completing tasks assigned by superiors in a timely manner.

Skills Required:

  • Possess good sewing and alteration techniques.
  • Ability to operate sewing equipment efficiently.
  • Prior experience as a seamstress is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A coachable and hardworking attitude.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Timely completion of all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration with colleagues to achieve overall objectives of this position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Able to exhibit and perform good sewing and alteration techniques (E.g. Sewing hems, fixing tears, mending zippers, securing buttons)

Able to operate sewing equipment.

Prior experience as a seamstress would be an advantage.

Excellent organizational skills with eye for detail.

Have a coachable and hardworking attitude.

Perform all duties and responsibilities timely and efficiently in accordance to company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position.
