Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Lead Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of cloud-native applications using SAP BTP.

Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding the team in best practices for SAP BTP development, including ABAP on HANA, CAP, and RAP. You will also work closely with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with S/4HANA systems.

As a leader, you will oversee technical delivery planning, sprint coordination, and team upskilling. You will also perform custom code analysis and remediation, leveraging tools such as ATC, Readiness Check, and CVI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of SAP development experience, including 3+ years hands-on with SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry).
  • Strong ABAP on HANA expertise with deep module knowledge in HR, FI, and SD.
  • Experience in SAPUI5/Fiori, Java (CAP), and RAP.
  • Proven experience in S/4HANA RISE custom code adaptation, cloud-native app development, and integration with SAP and third-party systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services (XSUAA, Destinations, Workflow, Integration Suite), SAP Build tools, Event Mesh, and multi-tenant architectures.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD), agile methodologies, and secure cloud development.
