**Job Summary**:
**Job Requirements**:

- Project experience with the following skills:

- At least 3 years in the SAP HR Cloud Platform, practical, proficient and strong expertise including hands-on for:

- SAPUI5/Fiori development
- Backend development using Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js
- Developing services using the SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model, aligned with SAP’s cloud-native architectural patterns
- Proven experience with OData (v2/v4) APIs and SuccessFactors Compound Employee API
- Solid understanding of REST and SOAP service principles (payloads, headers, WSDL/XSD, error handling)
- Hands-on configuration experience with SAP BTP Cockpit and Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS)
- Integration scenarios using SAP Integration Suite, including:
Ø Cloud Integration (CPI)

Ø IDocs for asynchronous communication with SAP ECC/S/4HANA

Ø API Management, Cloud Connector
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Connector, destinations, JWT tokens, and app-to-app communication
- Those with experience in the following will have an advantage:

- Hands-on familiarity or conceptual understanding of SAP Joule AI for intelligent business process enhancements or future-readiness in SAP ecosystem
- Exposure to SAP Event Mesh, SAP Work Zone, or SAP Mobile Services.
- Experience with Kyma, Docker, or Kubernetes (for advanced cloud-native scenarios).
- SAP BTP / Integration certifications.
- Working experience on SAP HR Functional modules including SG Payroll, Time, Expense and Travel Claims.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and documentation skills
- A good team player as well as an independent worker
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
