Demand and Supply Chain Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Demand and Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the demand and supply chain processes, ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time and in full.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics. They will also have excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the demand and supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future demand and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory levels, reduce lead times, and increase efficiency throughout the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the supply chain and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn new software quickly.
