Job Overview

Assistant Manager, Demand and Supply Planning

This role involves managing the demand and supply planning processes for a portfolio of products and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a demand plan that aligns with internal and external partners through monthly business planning and collaborative planning processes.

  • Develop, maintain and improve a demand plan for a portfolio of products and customers, which includes generating and maintaining promotion uplift volume.
  • Ensure alignment of this demand plan with internal and external partners through monthly business planning and collaborative planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage exceptions to continually improve the quality and reliability of the demand plan and the company's ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Drives alignment of business assumptions across functions and uses them as an input to build robust plans.
  • Uses analytics to provide visibility on future situations and alternate scenarios to support effective business decisions.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in demand planning and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify and analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
