Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a professional with expertise in corporate governance, secretary services, and leadership development.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality corporate secretarial services to clients, including organizing board meetings, taking minutes, and managing board resolutions.
- To oversee and mentor junior members of the team to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service.
- To manage client deliverables to ensure timely completion and meet agreed-upon deadlines.
- To provide advice to clients on corporate governance matters and contribute to the growth and management of the team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or Commerce.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial services, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Sound understanding of Singapore Companies Act and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various levels of management.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of providing corporate secretarial services, preferably as a named company secretary.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and decision-making skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
