Job Title: Digital Transformation Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning technology strategies with business objectives, designing scalable and robust enterprise solutions across multiple domains such as cloud, infrastructure, data, applications, and security.

About the Role:
  • Strategic Architecture & Planning: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps. Align IT strategy with business goals and industry best practices. Identify technology trends and emerging solutions relevant to business needs.
  • Solution Design & Delivery: Design end-to-end solutions across multiple platforms (cloud, on-premise, hybrid). Ensure architecture is scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards. Review and approve solution architectures proposed by technical teams and vendors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with C-level executives, business unit heads, and IT teams to gather requirements and communicate architectural decisions. Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Governance & Compliance: Enforce architectural standards, policies, and best practices. Support audits and risk assessments, ensuring solutions are compliant with local regulations.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies (e.g., AI, cloud-native apps, DevOps). Mentor solution and domain architects, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a solution/enterprise architecture role.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise systems, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Proven experience designing large-scale digital transformation projects or enterprise system migrations.
  • At least one full-cycle project experience in the government sector (including maintenance phase).
