Financial Operations Specialist

This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to advance their career in finance.

The key responsibilities of this position include managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring timely payments to suppliers, vendors, and affiliates. This requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain internal controls and audit-ready procedures.

  • Transaction Management:
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to financial policies.
  • Manage Global Netting transactions to ensure prompt and precise settlements within affiliated group companies.
  • Review vendor invoices and related documentation to ensure accuracy before processing payments.
  • Prepare journal entries associated with Accounts Payable.
  • Monitor Accounts Payable balances and investigate outstanding items.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable operations, as well as knowledge of financial statements, tax, and treasury functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also necessary.

A diploma in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related field is required. Prior experience with SAP S4 Hana is advantageous. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across departments are highly sought after.
