Job Description
Leading a team of audio and lighting specialists requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills. As a Field Specialist Lead, you will oversee the delivery of outstanding event experiences, working closely with sales, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Configure and test complex audio and lighting systems, including mixers, speakers, amplifiers, microphones, lighting consoles, and DMX-controlled fixtures.
  • Ensure all systems comply with safety and industry standards, guaranteeing a secure working environment.
  • Operate audio and lighting systems during events, rehearsals, and live productions to deliver unparalleled visual and auditory experiences.
  • Provide on-site technical support during installations and performances to address any issues promptly.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in audio/lighting systems to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain detailed records of system configurations and equipment inventories to facilitate future references.
  • Train end-users and venue staff on the use of installed systems to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Audio Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical Theater, or related field to possess the necessary theoretical knowledge.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience with professional audio and stage lighting systems to demonstrate expertise and hands-on skills.
  • Proficiency with analog and digital audio consoles (e.g., Yamaha, Allen & Heath, Soundcraft) to operate complex sound systems efficiently.
  • Familiarity with lighting control systems (e.g., MA Lighting, ETC, Avolites) to design and implement sophisticated lighting setups.
  • Understanding of signal flow, gain structure, and system calibration to optimize audio quality and performance.
  • Familiarity with simulation software to model and analyze complex systems before implementation.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols for AV systems (Dante, Art-Net, DMX, etc.) to integrate various systems seamlessly.
