Senior Full Stack Developer

Our company is looking for a skilled professional to join our team in the development of innovative software solutions. As a Lead or Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our products and driving technical excellence across the full product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of shipping full-stack products in high-growth environments. Strong backend skills, including RESTful API design, async/concurrent jobs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and AWS or GCP experience, are essential. Frontend development proficiency in React/TypeScript or similar modern frameworks is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end features across the full stack.
  • Lead technical design and system architecture discussions, especially for high-concurrency, data-heavy applications.
  • Collaborate directly with founders and product leaders to define and drive product direction.
  • Make key decisions in infrastructure, DevOps, and backend scalability.
  • Work in a fast iteration cycle: deploy frequently, test rigorously, and continuously improve based on real user feedback.
Requirements
  • Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
  • Prior AI experience not required but desired.
  • Familiarity with software best practices (testing, deployments, CI/CD, OOP, Agile).
  • Strong communication skills and product thinking; ability to empathize with users.
  • UX sensibility and passion for building delightful user experiences.
