Public Space Cleanliness Manager

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for upholding the exceptional standards of cleanliness and safety in public areas. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Operations: Oversee and undertake cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sanitizing, dusting, and cleaning public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to established safety procedures, internal policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Supply and Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Team Supervision: Guide and mentor housekeeping staff, providing support and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
Key Responsibilities:Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A professional certification in Hospitality or Hotel Management or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a property of similar standing.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
