We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our organization at NES Global in Singapore. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and selecting specialty LNG equipment for LNG projects and terminals.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Design and select specialty LNG equipment for LNG projects and terminals.
  • Select specialty packages such as BOG compressors, LNG storage facilities, loading/unloading arms, etc.
  • Prepare technical specifications and data sheets for specialty LNG equipment and packages.
  • Requisition complete equipment and packages.
  • Coordinate work with inter-disciplines, client, and suppliers.
  • Evaluate technical bids; prepare technical bid tabulation reports by interacting with suppliers, clients, and inter-disciplines.
  • Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, model review studies for packages; ordain and close out mechanical-related issues.
  • Perform vendor document and design reviews for specialty LNG equipment and packages.

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10-12 years' experience in LNG related projects.
  • Possess relevant experience working on EPC projects with reputed international clients.
  • LNG project experience is preferred.
  • Well conversant with International Industry Codes such as ASME, API, etc.
  • Coordination/communication skills and very good knowledge of spoken and written English language.
