Regional Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Operations team. This role will be based in Singapore and involve working with Regional Program and Project Managers to deliver project initiatives across Asia.

This is a 2-year fixed contract role that requires gathering and clarifying user requirements, providing input to Business Requirement Documents, and reviewing these documents for feedback.

The Regional Business Analyst will also work on coordinating with development teams in systems design and development, ensuring traceability and quality against business requirements specifications.

  • Develop, manage, and execute user acceptance test plans
  • Report system issues, coordinate resolution of issues, and perform tests
  • Develop materials for new processes and procedures, training guides, and other relevant business changes
  • Conduct training on new processes and systems
  • Manage communications with stakeholders such as local business users, local and global IT teams

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in finance or business-related discipline and at least three years' experience in performing business analysis.

The selected candidate should be able to conduct self-directed research into emerging business process management practices and trends, standards, and products as required.

Experience in drafting test plans and performing User Acceptance Testing is also highly desirable.

Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record in project environments with recognized analysis, planning, and activity execution.

Proven stakeholder management skills and an understanding of project management processes and controls are essential.

Experience in people risk/health solutions industry will be an advantage.

Finally, the ideal candidate will be insightful and analytical, able to foresee new business needs arising from projects.

They should be collaborative, a team player, organized, goal-oriented, committed, and able to solve business problems under minimal supervision.

Effective reasoning and problem-solving skills, strong written and interpersonal communication skills in English, and the ability to articulate ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences are all necessary qualities for this role.
