Business Operations Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team at OSG Containers and Modular Pte. Ltd.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources and Administrative functions. This includes overseeing HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and performing general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollment. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, including scheduling reviews and tracking performance metrics. Address employee queries related to performance management and development.
- Compliance and Reporting: Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring organizational compliance. Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics, employee turnover, and other relevant data.
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate maintenance and repair services for office infrastructure.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years related experience.
- Good command of English (spoken & written).
- Meticulous, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
