Job Opportunity:

As a professional in customer relations, you will be responsible for managing client interactions and resolving issues related to vehicle damage reports. You will spend a significant amount of time on the phone with clients, via email, or onsite visits, investigating damages found on our vehicles and assessing the cost of repairs.

  • Investigate damages found on our vehicles and assess the cost of repairs.
  • Follow up with clients to resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Assist with managing accident reports and follow-ups.
  • Assist with the recovery of vehicles if required.
Essential Skills:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Extensive experience in replying to emails is preferred.
  • Experience in this field (enforcement, collection, etc.) will be a strong bonus.
  • Keen eye for details to spot fraud.
  • Having a class 3 or class 2B licence would be advantageous.
