Job Title:

Ship Repair Specialist


Job Description:
  • Manage daily operations for ship repair, load testing, and inspection services.
  • Support the Service Manager in overseeing field operations (technical, commercial, and logistics).

As a Ship Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the Service Manager to coordinate logistics, manage inventory, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.


Requirements:
  • Diploma in Marine Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marine crane, deck machinery, or onboard repair coordination.
  • Hands-on experience in afloat repairs is a strong advantage.

You must have strong technical, planning, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours when needed.


Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Every Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (No WFH).
