To achieve our goals, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager for APAC Field Operations. This individual will play a critical role in managing the effective promotion and positioning of our brand in the Asia-Pacific region.
Job DescriptionThe Senior Marketing Manager for APAC Field Operations will be responsible for leading a team of international marketers to drive key business metrics, with a focus on demand generation to meet regional goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and strategies that align with our HQ messaging and objectives
- Fostering strong relationships with APAC Sales & Channel leadership to establish service level agreements (SLAs) and initiatives to support customer acquisition
- Managing email lists and creating campaigns with calls-to-action, while ensuring compliance with data protection laws
- Collaborating with the US marketing team to optimize direct marketing communications, including design, content, segmentation, and messaging strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in an international setting
- Strong digital marketing skills, including competence in using various tools and technologies
- An infectious positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team
