Job Title: Project Execution Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Execution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for the overall execution of projects from initiation to completion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and Forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis and resource allocation.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, assess, and resolve electrical/mechanical issues in collaboration with relevant personnel.
  • Design Review: Participate in design reviews to ensure specifications meet Authority's codes of practice and requirements.
  • Project Monitoring: Liaise, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare method statements, risk assessments, construction drawings, catalogue submissions, and safe work procedures as needed.
  • Site Management: Plan, manage, and coordinate all site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations, and schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Experience: 3 years of working experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Mechanical, Pumping System, ACMV, CCTV, Electrical, or Control System, or SCADA system is an advantage.
