Job Title: Project Execution Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Execution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts, address concerns, and achieve project objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, marine engineering, or related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of project management software, MS Office, and industry-specific tools
