Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians, overseeing all aspects of facilities operations and maintenance services across assigned properties.

  • Plan and assign daily tasks to ensure performance standards and service quality are met.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs for building infrastructure, Asset Enhancement Initiatives, and maintenance plant and equipment.
  • Monitor and report on repair works, renovations, and equipment replacement, following up on corrective actions as necessary.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or equivalent, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in hotels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good planning and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Essential skills include Preventive Maintenance, Leadership, Active Team Player, Interpersonal Skills, Furnishings, Architects, Energy Management, Equipment Maintenance, Compliance, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
