Job Title: Integration & Automation Specialist - Islandwide

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong technical background in integration and automation to join our team.

About the Role:

This role requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable solutions across integration, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.
  • Provide day-to-day support for assigned platforms, including issue resolution, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Work with business users to gather requirements, define solution approaches, and deliver fit-for-purpose applications and enhancements.
  • Maintain and improve workflow automation processes for approvals, notifications, and task routing across systems.
  • Maintain and monitor Knowledge Management platforms, ensure system stability, support user access issues, and coordinate integration with other applications.
  • Cordinate with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution, patching, upgrades, and security compliance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for platform configuration, processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 5–9 years of experience in application/platform development and support is required.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Boomi platform is essential.
  • Experience with workflow engines (i.e. Nintex, Power Automate), knowledge systems (i.e SharePoint) will be advantageous.
  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting production systems, including incident resolution and root cause analysis is necessary.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (i.e. Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices is required.
