Maintenance Specialist

]

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning equipment maintenance and repair, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and repairing high-pressure jet cleaners, leaf blowers, scrubbing machines, vacuum cleaners, and battery-operated carts.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
  • Troubleshooting equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and prevent costly repairs.
  • Performing routine maintenance and safety checks to prevent accidents and damage.
  • Preparing and submitting detailed reports to management on maintenance activities and findings.
  • Liaising with external vendors for necessary equipment repair and maintenance services.
  • Monitoring quality standards of equipment and tools to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc assignments as required by the team leader.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, with relevant knowledge in electrical and mechanical fields.
  • Holding a valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and external vendors.
  • Basic computer skills to prepare and submit accurate reports.
