At LINKEDCORP HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Account Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accountancy and have experience working with financial software such as MS Word, Powerpoint, Canvas, Outlook, and Excel, including MYOB or Xero.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain good client relationships by managing a portfolio of clients assigned
• Ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients by monitoring time frames and work progress
• Handle full set of accounts including reconciliation, receivables, payables, and month/year-end closing
• Prepare financial reports and analysis, as well as yearly financial statements
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with clients' auditors to facilitate the audit process
• Handle GST reporting and prepare tax computations and filing of Tax returns
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
