As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the accounting department in general duties.
Key Tasks include:
- Verify invoices and process payments.
- Conduct daily cash counts and banking transactions.
- Manage cheques and petty cash.
- Perform stock checks and inventory control.
- Prepare schedules and data entry.
Requirements:
* Minimum O Level/N Level with past accounting experience preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Essential Skills:
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
