We are seeking a junior legal associate to join our organization. This key position is essential in supporting our lawyers and contributing to the success of our business.

The role involves assisting in managing cases involving civil and commercial litigation, reviewing and drafting documents for commercial transactions, and conducting research and analysis to support lawyers in various areas of law.

This opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to develop their skills in multiple areas of law, including dispute resolution, litigation, and commercial transactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in managing cases involving civil and commercial litigation.
    • Support in reviewing and drafting documents for commercial transactions.
    • Participate in conducting research and analysis to support lawyers in various areas of law.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years post-qualification experience as a lawyer.
  • Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent drafting skills.
  • Analytical and organized approach to work.
  • Able to work independently and have initiative.
  • Familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office suite.
