We are seeking a junior legal professional to join our Conveyancing Department.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of real estate transactions and be proficient in both English and Chinese languages.

As a junior legal associate, you will play a key role in assisting our team of lawyers in the Conveyancing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for career growth and development within a dynamic and growing law practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior lawyers in the preparation and execution of real estate transactions
  • Provide support in the conveyancing process, including drafting and reviewing documents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages
