About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting services for our clients' application systems. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for application system errors
  • Analyze and identify root causes of application system issues
  • Develop and implement solutions to resolve application system problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical support activities

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience in application system support, problem-solving, and troubleshooting, as well as exceptional analytical and communication skills. You should also possess a strong understanding of .NET, C#, Vue.js, Oracle, SQL, and Unix programming languages. In addition, you should have a diploma or higher in Information Management/Technology and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: SGD 60,000 - 80,000 per annum
