Job Role Overview

This position involves managing cash handling tasks, encompassing money counting, replenishing cash reserves, and operating gaming machine drop boxes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical acumen, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in banking, cashiering, or cash handling is beneficial.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled opening and emptying of table and gaming machine drop boxes.
  • Handle heavy items (e.g., heavy boxes) and conduct cash counting duties in the soft count room when assigned.
  • Execute bulk batching of counted money when scheduled.
  • Seal drop box for gaming tables when scheduled.
  • Replenish cash float to Kiosks.
  • Maintain compliance with Regulatory Authority's requirements and adhere to established Company policies, standard operating procedures, and service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Meet the minimum age requirement set by Regulatory Authority.
  • Hold a GCE 'N' level or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in banking, cashiering, or cash handling preferred.
  • Demonstrate good numerical sense, detail-oriented approach, high levels of integrity.
  • Be dependable and a good team player.
  • Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills.
