**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Network Health Checks: Perform regular health checks on network appliances to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Firmware Updates: Offline update firmware on network appliances where available.
  • CIS Hardening Guidelines: Review and deploy updated CIS hardening guidelines to ensure our network infrastructure is secure.
  • Incident Management: Be on standby 24/7 to manage incidents and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Backup and Recovery: Implement backup and recovery processes, including monthly offsite backups, ad-hoc recovery, and annual recovery exercises.
  • Event Monitoring: Monitor events and logging to ensure our network infrastructure is secure and functioning correctly.
  • Configuration Management: Manage configurations of all network-based infrastructure components, including firewalls, load balancers, Cisco ACI controllers, and switches.
  • Network Cables Management: Manage network cables to ensure our infrastructure is running smoothly.
  • Fault Ticketing: Facilitate fault ticketing and on-site support for replacement or fixing of faulty components.

**Requirements:**

  • Network Experience: Must have experience working with network appliances, firewalls, and ACI.
  • Cisco ACI Experience: Mandatory experience with Cisco ACI.
  • Preferred Skills: Palo Alto, Checkpoint, A10 Load Balancer, Snort, and Cisco Switches.
