Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst - Reporting Specialist

Job Description:
This is a dynamic 6-month contract opportunity to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. As a key member of the sales operations team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining Management Information (MI) reports to meet both standard and ad-hoc reporting requirements across various business functions.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the lead Sales Representative to develop and validate MI reports to support sales operations and management decision-making.
2. Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales data, customer information, and other relevant records in the system.
3. Uphold data integrity and accuracy by adhering to established processes and controls.
4. Monitor and follow up on sales-related processes and reporting requirements, including responding to analytics queries and maintaining timely communication with clients.
5. Identify opportunities for the application of advanced analytics and automation to improve efficiency in report production processes.
6. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, updating Salesforce records, and preparing sales presentations and proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proficient in data analysis and modeling using Python and SQL.
2. 2-3 years of experience in sales data reporting.
3. Prior experience in sales reporting and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is beneficial.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI is an added advantage.
