Job Opportunity: Healthcare Lobby Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service professional to support our healthcare sector operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and orientating visitors and patients at the lobby area
  • Assisting with online check-in and self-help kiosks to streamline patient flow
  • Supporting crowd control and monitoring traffic flow to maintain a safe environment
  • Preventing tailgating and ensuring safety at entry points
  • Conducting basic cleanliness checks in waiting areas and toilets to uphold high standards of hygiene
  • Attending to enquiries and feedback from the public to resolve issues promptly
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to contribute to the team's success

Key requirements include being comfortable with patient and visitor interaction and possessing excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
