We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Student Experience to join our team at I Can Read.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity that requires you to work both weekends and three weekdays. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma-level qualification or higher, good command of English, and at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Job Description- Conduct administrative and operational tasks of the centre, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Liaise with customers and respond promptly to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve any customer grievances in a timely and effective way.
- Assist with customer payments, maintain accurate files for auditing, and administrate annual leave for centre staff.
- Assist with performance reviews and student promotions, as well as relay information regarding student enrolment quotas, assessments, and withdrawals to HQ.
- Regulate petty cash at centres and work towards company targets to maximize student retention.
- Safeguard the welfare of students and ensure the centres meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Help the team maintain well-stocked classrooms with required materials and stationery.
- Diploma-level qualification or higher.
- Good command of English – both spoken and written.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferably from Education, Retail, Airlines, or any other customer-centric industries.
- Kind and nurturing approach when interacting with children.
- Professional and courteous manner when communicating with parents/guardians.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
