Ironing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Ironing Expert to join our team. As an Ironer/Presser, you will be responsible for ironing and pressing clothing and linens with attention to detail and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Iron and press clothing and linens using hand irons or pressing machines.
  • Inspect garments for stains or damage before ironing and quality check after ironing.
  • Fold or hang ironed items neatly for delivery or storage, quality check before sending out.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of ironing area and equipment.
  • Follow proper procedures for handling different types of fabrics.
  • Report any damaged or lost items to the supervisor.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in laundry or ironing work is preferred.
  • You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently.
  • You should know about fabric types and ironing techniques.
  • You should be physically fit to stand for long periods and handle hot equipment.
  • You must be reliable and punctual.

This role requires someone who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain high-quality standards in their work.
