Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks and supervising contractor works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including basic troubleshooting.
  • Supervise contractor works and report job progress.
  • Prepare and submit maintenance reports, checklists, and work reports.
  • Monitor workplace safety of contractors.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Possess a Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering Fields.
  • Possess own Transport.
  • Min 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in engineering related fields, utilities, public sector services, or maintenance related services.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with contractors and clients.
  • Able to work outdoors.
  • Willing to travel site-to-site for work purposes.
