Chief Transformation Officer

This is a senior executive role responsible for driving strategic initiatives that drive growth, scalability and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Value Creation

  • Define and Lead the Transformation Roadmap: Aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner with Executive Leadership: Identify and prioritize key value-creation levers.
  • Serve as a Transformation Architect: Integrating cross-functional initiatives into a coherent plan.

Execution & Program Delivery

  • Lead Enterprise-Wide Initiatives: Across functions including Finance, HR, Technology and Commercial.
  • Stand Up and Lead the Transformation Management Office (TMO): Ensuring proper governance and reporting.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Dashboards: To measure progress and impact across initiatives.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Essential for transformation success.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Serve as a Key Liaison: Between executive leadership and stakeholders on transformation efforts.
  • Build Strong Relationships: With internal business leaders to ensure ownership.
  • Drive Cultural and Behavioral Change: Necessary for sustained transformation.
  • Communicate a Compelling Transformation Narrative: Internally and externally.

Consulting & Advisory Leadership

  • Bring a Consulting Mindset: To problem-solving, data analysis and opportunity assessment.
  • Conduct Diagnostic Reviews: Identify performance gaps and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Support Strategic Mergers and Acquisitions: Carve-outs or integration efforts when applicable.
