Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated education professional to join our team as a Tuition Centre Coordinator/Admin Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Assist customers in enrolling our tuition classes and enrichment programs, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.

  7. Collect payment and issue receipts for tuition fees, ensuring accurate financial transactions.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service for enrichment centres, demonstrating a track record of excellence.
  2. Proficiency in using spreadsheets to manage data and track progress.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with parents, tutors, and students.
  4. A strong understanding of the Singapore education system, facilitating informed decision-making.
