Job Title: Global APAC Data Telecoms Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the success of our Telco Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Management: Review, validate and process telecommunications invoices from various vendors to ensure accuracy and compliance with established billing procedures. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
  • Operational Escalations: Act as a central point of contact for operational escalations, promptly addressing issues and facilitating timely resolutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.
  • Project Coordination: Support the Telco Team in planning, executing and monitoring key projects. Assist with project coordination, documentation and tracking of milestones to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to telecommunications operations, invoices and escalations. Generate reports and insights to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize processes.
  • Vendor Relationships: Cultivate productive relationships with telecommunications vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Engage in vendor meetings, negotiations and performance evaluations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in operations support, invoice management and project coordination within the telecommunications or related industry
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data for informed decision-making
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools
  • Independent and proactive with the skills to problem-solve to address operational challenges and escalations
  • Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
