About Our Team

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead our billing platform initiative. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, setting goals, and developing strategies to deliver business-critical features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and set development targets.
  • Collaborate with product managers to analyze requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Design, implement, and deliver software functions.
  • Analyze and validate technical designs.
  • Review code and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Contribute to building a backlog and executing the product roadmap.
  • Hire, train, and develop engineers within the managed team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in developing large-scale systems and control interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Java 8 and familiarity with Java multi-threading, high concurrency, IO/NIO, network communication, etc.
  • Familiarity with commonly used design patterns and experience in designing large-scale distributed, high concurrency, high load, high availability systems.
  • Mastery of various server technologies to optimize service response and data query.
  • Familiarity with Spring/Spring Boot, TCP/IP protocol, REST specifications, Gradle/Maven, Docker cluster, and JSON/XML.
