Job Description

This is a key role within our organization where the successful candidate will oversee software development teams. They will be responsible for leading and guiding team members in various aspects of the software development lifecycle.

  • The role involves developing and testing solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, directing and guiding the development team, working with project managers on development requirements and implementation timelines, and performing post-rollout maintenance work.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, IT or equivalent.
  • Experience in application development using four or more of the following skills: ReactJS/NodeJS, React Native, SQL related database, Java, Spring.
  • Hands-on experience with system-to-system backend interfaces.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design, System Development Life-cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented code.
  • Excellent analytical skills, complex problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good teamwork, responsibility, independence, and pro-activity.
  • Good coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Office productivity suites such as MS office and MS project.
