Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and troubleshoot smart lock products at customers' homes.
  • Provide product training to customers and test lock functionality after installation.
  • Maintain a daily schedule to complete installation tasks efficiently and on time.
  • Ensure that locks are installed or repaired to meet industry standards and specifications.
  • Document and report installation, repair, and maintenance activities accurately.

Requirements:
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Able to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in electrical work, carpentry, or lock installations preferred.
