About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to lead our team in creating innovative blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software engineers in designing and developing smart contracts using Solidity, deployed on both public and private blockchains.
  • Oversee the development of reusable components for rapid deployment of new products, setting technical standards for code quality, security, and automated testing.

  • DLT Knowledge: 2+ years of experience working with Distributed Ledger Technology.
  • Capital Markets Understanding: Strong knowledge of capital market products such as fixed income, and wealth products including funds and structured products.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity and Java, system security, risk frameworks, and vendor management.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to engage with the latest DLT and Web 3.0 trends, promoting continuous learning and innovation within the team.
