Business Analyst - Wine Industry Role

Our organization is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in the wine industry. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and developing solutions to drive growth.


Job Description

This position will be part of our Stock, Offers & Distribution Department, working closely with the Sales and Estates Relationships departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and commercial awareness, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages such as Chinese or French are a plus.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and events
  • Provide reporting and analysis to support business operations and decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a recent Bachelor or Masters degree in business, finance, hospitality, oenology, or a related field. Strong analytical and commercial skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. A passion for wine and luxury goods, along with the ability to work collaboratively across teams, is also required.
