Job Description:

As a skilled professional, you will fill the role of Bar Attendant at our esteemed establishment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in daily operations and assigned tasks under the guidance of senior staff members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages with excellent knowledge and skill, adhering to strict quality standards.
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences, making recommendations as needed to enhance their dining experience.
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Verify customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age, upholding responsible serving practices.
  • Convey customer orders to other employees for preparation, maintaining seamless communication.
  • Arrange food to be served at the bar counter when necessary, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, restocking and replenishing inventory and supplies as required.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by remaining focused on customer needs, delivering personalized attention and care.
  • Ensure operational standards are met regarding sanitation codes, beverage storage, and loss prevention, upholding the highest level of professionalism.
