Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Professional to join our team at the Irish Pub located by the Singapore River. As a key member of our bar operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

The Mixology Professional will be responsible for managing bar operations, including ordering, preparation, and inventory control. This will involve opening and closing the bar, attending to guests in the Bar and restaurant areas when required, and assisting managers in the efficient running of daily bar operations.

This role requires a friendly, hard-working individual with a fast learning curve. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as a good knowledge of wine, beer, and alcohol.

The successful candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
