Job Description

The Dolby Atmos Specialist role involves working with audio tracks utilizing Dolby Atmos technology. This position focuses on mixing, mastering, and editing to deliver high-quality audio and seamless integration with multimedia content.

The specialist will work closely with the production team, ensuring that all audio elements are expertly crafted and cohesive within the overall product.

This role requires a deep understanding of sound design and spatial audio principles. The successful candidate will have experience with digital audio workstations (DAWs) and audio production software.


Responsibilities
  1. Mix, master, and edit audio tracks using Dolby Atmos technology
  2. Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality audio and seamless integration with multimedia content
  3. Troubleshoot audio technical issues and resolve technical problems
  4. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices for immersive audio experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Dolby Atmos mixing, mastering, and editing
  • A strong understanding of sound design and spatial audio principles
  • Experience with digital audio workstations (DAWs) and audio production software
  • Ability to troubleshoot audio technical issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and remotely

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, a Bachelor's degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Design, or related field is preferred. Additionally, prior experience in media production or a related industry can be advantageous.
