Senior Architectural Associate Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Architect to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and at least 8 years of experience in the architectural industry in Singapore or Malaysia.

  • Meet with clients and other professionals to agree on project briefs.
  • Develop project briefs and work on them as the project progresses.
  • Prepare planning applications and regulatory procedures.
  • Create design proposals using CAD and traditional methods.
  • Assist in detailed design and coordinate design information.

The successful candidate will be able to work within a team, in a fast-paced environment, and have a good working attitude, being proactive and conscientious.

  • Familiarity with building regulations in Singapore or Malaysia is essential.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your skills and experience is required.
